Reflections

There is a layer of life that doesn’t announce itself.
It doesn’t make noise or demand to be understood.
It reveals itself in small ways—
a change in light
an unexpected encounter
a moment that lingers longer than it should
I’ve come to trust these moments. Not because I can always explain them, but because I can feel that they matter.
Nature has been my greatest teacher in this.
It conveys through animals and the more delicate realms of rhythm, timing, and presence.
And when I slow down enough to notice something begins to open.
What follows are simple moments—experiences that, at first glance, might seem ordinary. But each one holds something more.
